POPCORN TRUCKING STACKS STINK

POPCORN TRUCKING STACKS STINK

POPCORN TRUCKING STACKS STINK, when blowing popcorn all over the road. It seems like a truck driver was the cab end of a rolling joke. While the driver slept, someone poured 8 pounds of popcorn down each stack.

The next morning the driver cranked his truck And left the truck stop he was parked in. After about a mile down the road, the popcorn began to heat up and pop inside the stacks. But there was a weight problem. The popped corn could not make it out.

As a result the popped corn on the bottom started to burn. Now the driver could not hear the corn popping, but the smell started to enter the cab of the truck. The driver thinking that the smell was coming from the area, ignored it and drove on.

But Murphey’s law will kick in when you least expect it. Just as the driver entered the Port Of Entry weigh station at the Nevada Utah line, the rest of the 8 pounds of popcorn gave way and started to pop. As he drove across the scales the popcorn came flying out of his stacks.

Drivers and DOT officials on the inside could see the popcorn flying through the air. And the smell was filtering into the office. The driver parked and as he got out of his truck, he could finally see the popcorn flying everywhere.

As he walked into the station, a round of applause was given from all of the drivers that knew his fate. Above and beyond getting a fine for littering. They decided to give him a thorough truck inspection, that needless to say took 3 hours. Oh and I forgot to mention. The driver was given a broom and dustpan to sweep up all the litter he had created.
