Police in NY arrested a man for trying to pass 2 fake $16 bills. He was given 16 days in jail, and 16 days community service for the offence.
Beer Face Shot
A man in Texas shot his 20 year old friend in the face, wounding him. The two were practicing shooting by shooting beer cans off each others heads. Guess they should not have drank the beer first.
Safety Film Meeting Fail
A company trying to improve safety at their factory decided to show a graphic safety film. The result was the employees trying to flea the graphic film all at once. 25 suffered minor injuries, 13 fainted and 1 required 7 stiches after falling off his chair.

A city council enacted a law banning nuclear weapons. $500 fine imposed for setting one off in city limits.
Confused Copy Person
