CRACKER JAX LAW DEGREE is what is possessed by which ever cooperate lawyer was behind the action to create this sign. Lets face it. When it comes to anything ran by a city government; Before posting signs, they check with the lawyers first.
In this case some one was not thinking. Like; how in the hell are you going to give a $200 fine to a dead person. The sign clearly states that touching the wires will “Cause Instant Death” Not ‘delayed’ death. Not death in 3 days.
But lets assume that this sign was well thought out. Hell I want to live there; Because the hospital or morgue that they take your cold corpse to; Must have the ability to bring the dead back to life. How else are they going to collect that $200 fine. But if that is not the case, then I still must know the name of that lawyer.
That away when he/she goes into private practice I know who not to hire. CRACKER JAX LAW DEGREE might be useful for producing totally dumb signs, And maybe suing Cracker Jax, But it is definately not good for the real world.
Because in the real world, You might be able to sue a dead person, but you wont collect the $200 or pass go.
